Smoke and heat detectors update
We are doing everything we can to help you and your family stay safe at home during these difficult times.
An important part of that is helping make sure your home has working heat and smoke detectors.
Over the past two years we’ve installed smoke and heat detectors in homes which need them to help protect people from the risk of fire.
We have started this work again and will be in touch with you to arrange a date and time that suits you to carry out this essential work in your home.
The smoke and heat detector system in your home should have a smoke detector in each hall or landing, a smoke detector in the living room and a heat detector in the kitchen.
It is really important your home has these smoke and heat detectors. If you don’t, please contact us as soon as possible on 0141 287 1977 to arrange an appointment for us to carry out this work.
Please be assured, the safety of our customers and staff is always our top priority. All staff who visit your home will maintain strict health-and-safety practices and use the appropriate PPE. Please follow any requests or directions they may have.
