We've moved closer to our customers and communities by devolving decision-making from our head office at Granite House in Trongate and strengthening and expanding community-based services.
GHA is now geared more than ever to deliver excellent housing services across the city. We now give our tenants and factored homeowners even more of a say in how GHA is run and the services it provides.
We also work better and more effectively with our partners, like Glasgow City Council, the police, the fire and health service and the Scottish Government and provide good value for money to tenants and homeowners.
