New-look payment website
We have launched a new-look payment website. This will make it easier and faster for you to pay your rent and other bills.
It has some new useful features like:
- Allowing you to make multiple payments so you can pay, for example, your rent and your lock-up fees in one visit
- Showing you the updated balance on your account
- The site is designed to be easy to use and you will be guided step by step through the process when we switch over
Automated telephone payments
For customers who still want to pay by phone we are also introducing an automated option. When you call the Customer Service Centre on 0800 479 7979 you will be asked if you want to pay by talking to a customer service adviser or going straight to automated payments.
Again, if you choose this automated payment option, you will be guided through this easy-to-use process.
Chip and Pin
Finally from 20 July you will also be able to pay your rent at our one-stop shop at 173 Trongate by using your credit or debit card using Chip and Pin facilities.
In the future we will also look at developing the system to include payments via SMS texts, via Chip and Pin at LHO offices and at kiosks at different locations in the city.
