GHA uses the Delta-ets for handling the full life cycle of the tendering process for its suppliers.
The main aim of the Delta-ets is to assist in standardising the tender process within GHA and remove paper from the current manual system. It is part of the Government’s e-Commerce strategy for the public sector and forms part of the agenda for modernising purchasing and supply.
