Training at The Academy
We have expert training co-ordinators who have extensive hands-on experience in the housing sector. Not only that, we have advisors who specialise in all aspects of people management training.
Frontline training is delivered by a team of co-ordinators who have almost 80 years of experience between them and come from all over the GHA network.
The Academy provides a core training programme for frontline housing staff that includes Repairs, Letting Processes, Effective Rent Collection, Managing Arrears and Court Outcomes.
Other scheduled sessions include Presentation Skills, Business Skills, Minute Taking, Interview Skills, Time Management, Coaching and Problem Solving techniques.
