GHA Chief Executive, Michael Lennon, said:

“New offices such as this will bring significant benefits to our local communities. It is important that we not only provide first class services for our tenants but that they have easy access to them.”

Great Western Tenant Partnership Community Housing Manager, Martin McNulty, said:

“This new office places us at the heart of the community and I am delighted that tenants and tenants will benefit from the first class facilities it provides. We are now looking forward to pushing ahead with improvements to the area’s housing stock over the coming months.”

Great Western Tenant Partnership Chairperson, Bill McFadyen, said:

“Big improvements have been made to the area’s housing stock since the completion of the stock transfer. It’s vital that staff have the facilities to ensure that tenant and owner occupier needs are met.”
