In March 2011 we published a three-year strategy, setting out what we would deliver in each of those years.

Our strategy sets out 5 Big Aims which are:

  • Deliver excellent services
  • Provide and maintain quality homes for the future
  • Empower communities to extend wellbeing and opportunity
  • Ensure value for money through partnerships and joint working
  • Empower people to create a make-it-happen culture.

This report sets out how we have performed against these Big Aims within the first six months of our strategy.
