GHA is ambitious for our tenants, customers and our communities.
In March 2011 we published a three-year strategy, setting out what we would deliver in each of those years.
Our strategy sets out 5 Big Aims which are:
- Deliver excellent services
- Provide and maintain quality homes for the future
- Empower communities to extend wellbeing and opportunity
- Ensure value for money through partnerships and joint working
- Empower people to create a make-it-happen culture.
This report sets out how we have performed against these Big Aims within the first six months of our strategy.
