Joining Glasgow Gold is easy. However, to be eligible to apply for Glasgow Gold you must:
- Have a clear rent account for at least eight weeks or
- Have made an arrangement to pay off your arrears and kept those payments for 12 weeks plus
- Not owe GHA any money such as rechargeable repairs, court costs, former tenant debts, arrears on garages
- Have no complaints upheld in relation to breaching your tenancy agreement
- Sign the Tenants Charter
