GHA homechoice is our new choice-based letting service which we are piloting in the west of the city from March 2009. GHA homechoice will change the way we let our houses, giving you more choice about where you want to live and the type of house you would like to live in.
Instead of using the points system to decide which houses to offer applicants, it will soon be possible for you to choose a property that is right for you and your family. The new service is easy and straightforward.
While the GHA homechoice pilot runs in the west of the city, we will continue to let properties in the rest of the city using our existing letting procedures.
