YourPlace is a subsidiary company established to provide factoring services for homeowners. We are transforming many areas of Glasgow through our investment programme. By April 2007 we had spent £415m on citywide improvements, many of which had a positive impact on our customers where we have tenants and homeowners in the same common property.

We are aiming to improve engagement and communication with our customers, from estimating work through to billing and payment arrangements.

• Making a real and measurable difference to the services GHA provides for homeowners
• Measuring improved performance through structured customer satisfaction surveys
• Improving our control over contractor performance and billing
• Proactively informing homeowners of the benefits of improvements, availability of grants and other assistance
• Distributing an informative investment guide to homeowners
• Continuing to support homeowners in ways to pay for their housing improvements.
